“ I recently visited Snow City to try their bingsu, and overall, it was a good experience. I’m giving it 4 stars because while there were definitely highlights, there was also room for improvement. First off, the service was great — fast, efficient, and friendly. We didn’t have to wait long for our order, and the staff made us feel welcome. The presentation of the bingsu was beautiful and definitely Instagram-worthy. The shaved ice texture was perfect: light, fluffy, and refreshing. We ordered the mango and strawberry bingsu, which looked amazing when it arrived. However, the biggest downside was the mango. It was very hard and clearly not ripe, which made it difficult to eat and not as sweet or flavorful as I would’ve hoped. Considering how important the fruit is to a dish like this, it was a little disappointing. The strawberries, on the other hand, were fresh and delicious, and the condensed milk and ice cream on top tied the whole dessert together nicely. I would definitely come back and try other flavors because the base of their bingsu is fantastic. But I do hope they pay more attention to fruit quality in the future. With perfectly ripe fruit, this place could easily be a solid 5-star experience. ”
